1. There is no minimum contract period. Payment is monthly. Cancellation can be effected at any time by:
a) Canceling your website through your management area (effective immediately if you are paying via WorldPay).
b) Giving 2 weeks notice to www.rental-vacation.net by post.
c) Use the cancellation form online by following the link on our "contact us" page (allow up to 3 working days for cancellation to take effect).

After receipt of cancellation, the property website is cancelled and no further payments will be taken. No refunds are issued on prior payments already received before the cancellation date.
The 7 day cooling-off period does not apply.

2. www.rental-vacation.net does not act as broker or agent in anyway regarding property rentals or sales between the owners and/or their agents and any other party. All enquiries, bookings and business arrangements regarding sales or rentals remain the responsibility of the owner

3. The owner and/or their agent will endeavor to ensure that the written details and photographic images fairly represent the property, and will indemnify Holprop Ltd for any claim whatsoever, arising from any inaccuracies in the property description. The owner will be able to check all these details before any payment is made and before the website is published. If at any time subsequent to publication the owner should notice any significant error they should notify www.rental-vacation.net either by post to Error Dept, or by email as soon as possible. All details are found on our contact page. They will further indemnify Holprop Ltd & www.rental-vacation.net against any claim whatsoever arising from any dispute between themselves and/or their agents and any other party for whatever reason.

4. In the event of a monthly hosting payment(s) not being received www.rental-vacation.net will suspend the website for 1 month after which time if no satisfactory arrangements have been made. The property webpages will be deleted.

5. Holprop Ltd will use its best endeavours to maintain a presence on all the major international search engines but cannot guarantee position. At our discretion we will make your property webpages available to associated holiday property websites/databases in order to increase your exposure on the internet.

6. We reserve the right to cancel any website should we feel for any reason that it would be inapropriate to publish it.
