Entrance hall, Sitting Room with dining area, fully fitted kitchen, balcony with table and chairs. 2 Bedrooms, 1 double, and 1 twin (which can be converted to a king sized double on request) with en-suite shower room with toilet and wash-hand basin. Second house bathroom, with bath, toilet, wash-hand basin and shower over bath. A folding bed is also available (£25 extra) but not if the cot is being used, as there is only room for one of them in the larger twin bedroom, not in the smaller double bedroom. Garage for 1 car only. Sorry No Pets.

Services: Electric central heating. All fuel included in the rent. Bed linen included but please take own towels. Special Note: A remote control will be provided for the Garage entry, for which a £50 housekeeping deposit will be required in case this is lost or damaged. This deposit will be refunded after the holiday providing no damage has been caused.
