LOCATION
Our Villa is located on Bridgewater Crossing Community which is a 78 acre mixed rental and residential community set amongst 165 acres of natural wetland and nature preserve.

Bridgewater Crossing is a traditional sidewalk neighbourhood with lighted landscaped roads situated next to a beautiful 45 acre lake with lakeside picnic areas, swimming pool, cabana, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts.

Our villa is 5 minutes from the David Leadbetter/Greg Norman golf courses at Champions Gate. Many other golf courses are a short distance away including Highlands Reserve and Kissimmee Oaks.

Our villa is a single storey three bedroomed, three bathroom villa with Double garage and screened Private Pool backing onto Pond/Lake. The pool can be heated when required. It can sleep upto eight people (including children).

Our property was built in July 2000, its accomodation consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two being en-suites). We chose our villa for a its peaceful surroundings and location being just ten minutes from Walt Disney World.

Our villa overlooks one of the ponds to the rear and a 45 acre deep water lake to the side which offers a nature trail walk and fishing. Nearby is the large Communal Pool, two floodlit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courst as well as a BBQ area.

Living / Dinning Room
Formal dinning area with seating for upto six people. 25" Cable TV with VCR and a Midi CD System.

Kitchen
Breakfast area with seating for four people. Cooker, Fridge/Freezer (with ice maker), plus all the essentials ie Microwave. Also a larder to store food.

Laundry Room / Garage
Double Garage
Located in the garage are the Tumble Dryer, Washing Machine, Ironing Board, Iron, Hoover, Gas BBQ.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Master bedroom with Queens sized bed and walk in closet, Cable TV and storage drawers. Patio doors leading to pool area and luxury en suite with twin sinks and full size tub and shower. Hairdryer.

Bedroom 2 with Double bed, built in wardrobe, Cable TV & DVD, draw units with en suite with extra large walk in shower (ideal for disabled users) and a door leading to the pool area.

Bedroom 3 with two single beds, TV & Video, draw units and a built in wardrobe.

Bathroom 3 is classed as the family bathroom and is located between bedrooms 2 and 3.

Pool Area
Fully screened with eletric pool heating (Optional at extra cost). Outdoor lighting including pool light. Extended deck with cool decking coating. Large shaded lanai/patio area with table, chairs and loungers. Lake views.
