A first class Pool Home of distinction that allows our guests to reap the reward of staying with us. On first entering our small community you will notice that we have a sidewalk around the entire community, so why not enjoy a few balmy evening walks.

Once at this Non-Smoking Pool Home you will enter into the tiled entrance, to your right is a large dining room followed by the kitchen and to your left is the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family/living room with magnificent views over Pinewood Lake. On your left is the large master bedroom with two walk-in closets and then the master bathroom. The pool area consists of a luxury maintained pool with spa and a covered lanai. After arriving upstairs you are greeted by the first of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and case stands.

You are within a short drive to the Disney theme parks and the main shopping areas or if you prefer peace and quiet just relax in the pool and enjoy a drink. If you would like to play golf in Florida's many courses, you are close to many including the prestigious Champions Gate, if you would like a lesson then why not try The David Ledbetter School of Golf located at Champions Gate.
