Greystone Retreat fronts on a 148 foot stretch of Georgian Bay, with lawns that gently slope down to the water. This breathtaking property has solid pine floors, walls and ceilings on the main and loft levels. The 22 foot vaulted ceiling in the great room, has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the bay.

There are 2 magnificent floor-to-ceiling stone fireplaces, plus the master bedroom has its own woodstove. The modern kitchen has all the conveniences of home, even a dishwasher. All 5 bedrooms, have queen size beds, and furnishings of natural pine. An additional double bed, and 3 single rollaways can be provided. There are 3 full washrooms, one with a wonderful whirlpool tub. The great room has a 12 foot by 24 foot wooden deck off of it, on the water side. There is also a same size stone patio at ground level.

Guests are invited to use the harbour next door, for the docking of their boat. You are also welcome to enjoy the neighbouring 400 acres of land which has over 6km of groomed trails perfect for hiking through the natural sub-escarpment. On the shoreline is an amazing large firepit, perfect for evening bonfires under the stars. This is a year round property with air conditioning during summer, and a gas furnace for winter. We are within 10 minutes of a gorgeous 18-hole golf course open to the public; there are many other courses within 30-60 minutes' drive. Activities during winter include snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing on the provided trails. Several ski resorts are less than an hours drive.

This waterfront property is a very desirable location in which to spend your vacation. The property has a washer and dryer, a rowboat and canoe are available with 6 standard lifevests provided and various board games and toys, for rainy days. The property has a satellite dish, and some videos are also provided. Two golf courses are within a 15 minute drive. There is much to discover at the natural sites nearby: caves, waterfalls, cliffs, beaches. The property is very close to the world famous Bruce Trail.
This location is ideal for a large family gathering, or a corporate retreat, during any season.
