Mellangoose is situated approxiamtely 5 minutes by car away from the beautiful unspoilt fishing village of Porthleven, and five minutes from the historic town of Helston. Surrounded by its own extensive gardens, it has been recently refurbished to a very high standard throughout. Mellangoose has three bedrooms to sleep up to eight people ( 4 adults and 4 children) - ideal for two families. The cottage is fully centrally heated, and the price includes all heating costs and linen and towels. The lounge overlooks the garden and has a TV, Video Hi Fi and DVD player. The dining room at the opposite end of the lounge overlooks the pretty garden. The hand made fitted kitchen has solid wood worktops, a belfast sink, dishwasher, firdge/freezer and microwave. The washing machine, tumble dryer and large freezer are situated in the shed just outside the back door. Upstairs has a double bedroom, with fitted wardrobe and original beamed ceiling. The second bedroom has two sets of 3ft bunk beds with fitted wardrobe and window seat overlooking the garden. Downstairs is a twin bedroom with cloakroom area leading to a shower room cubicle, wash basin and WC. There is also a bathroom downstairs with bath, shower mixer taps, wash basin and WC.The cottage is fully equipped with allmodern conveniences. The garden has a patio area with garden furniture and Gas BBQ.
