Villa - House to rent in Hilton Head Island Hilton Head South Carolina USA

Our Villa is located in the #1 location (Harbour Town, Sea Pines Plantation) on Hilton Head Island. The island offers forest along with beach with summer time water temperatures in the high 70's and low 80's. There is a free trolley that runs every 30 minutes to the Sea Pines Beach Club where our guests have beach priviledges (snack bar, changing room, bath room and showers).

Sea Pines plantantion is a gated community approximately 15 square miles in size and has over 20 miles of dedicated bicycle trails. You ride through the forests and see whitetailed deer or take a leisurely 10 minute bike ride to the beach.

Our guests have swimming priviledges at the Sea Pines pool located just a 2 minute walk from our villa. Tennis and Golf are available next to the pool and just a 2 to 3 minute walk. Golf is at the Harbour Town Golf Links where the professionals play the Heritage Classic every April. This is one of the nicest golf courses in the USA. There are approximately 20 other golf courses on the island and more tennis courts per capita than anywhere in the USA.

There are several shops and restaurants within a two minute walk of our villa located along side of the yacht basin where some of the largest yachts you've ever seen come and go everyday. You can climb the candy stripped lighthouse by the yacht basin for an aerial view of Harbour Town and the 18th green at the golf course.

Our villa has a full kitchen with all full size appliances and all the dishes, pots, pans and utencils necessary to prepare your own meals. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen. We have a full dinning room with table that seats 6 and an additional table that seats 4. The living room has a sliding glass door to the patio where we have outside furniture. The living room has a full size sofa (queen pull out for sleeping), a love seat along with TV, VCR & DVD.

Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own private bathroom and we also have a half bath. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed while the two other bedrooms have 2 twin beds each.

There are a multitude of things to do on Hilton Head Island for both adults and children. Hilton Head Island is one of the most well organized, clean and well maintained communties in the USA having been a model for planned residential communities since the 1970's when the island built the first such community in the USA. It is a wonderful place to live as well as a great place to spend your vacation.
