The Home

The home is a 1,750 square foot one-story home with a (heated) pool and spa, screened in. The
swimming pool and patio are facing south and overlook a natural pond. From the living room,
you have a wonderful view of the pond and conservation area. Since the house is located on a
cul-de-sac there is no thru traffic; there is only one house located next door on the cul-de-sac.

Our home has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them are master bedrooms (King-Queen) and there
are 3 bathrooms. Each master bedroom has its’ own bathroom, while the two guest rooms share
a bathroom. It is perfect for two families, the home sleeps 8+2 (sleeper sofa). All bedrooms are
carpeted. All bedrooms and the living room have a television and there is an audio
and DVD-VCR and a playstation in the living room. (All with videos, DVD's and games).

The two guest rooms have, one room with two twin beds, while the other room has a bunk bed
(full and twin size beds). The open kitchen/living/dining room is completely tiled. You can go
from the living room directly to the pool deck through the sliding glass doors. One of the
bathrooms can be accessed from the pool deck.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator and an electric range with oven. Of
course, a toaster, mixer, dishes, pots and pans, etc. are all part of the included amenities. A
washer and dryer are located in the two-car garage.

You should have a great vacation with all the amenities of home! Our home is completely
equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation!

A crib is available. All linens, beach towels, etc are available for your
use. A hair dryer is available in each bathroom. A highchair and a BBQ are there for you to use

A complete information and welcome (Soap, toilet paper etc.) package will be waiting for you
when you arrive with all the latest information. Stores and shops are minutes away from the
house.
Recent upgrades include; new mattresses, LCD TV"S in 2 Master bedrooms and living room, TV"S in other rooms, wireless internet, set timer for hot tub, State of art Pool Heater Pool set @ 82-84 degrees and Spa @ 100, and all new screening for pool area with doors. New air conditioning system with new variable speed air handler for cleaner air and more balanced tempeture.
