Sea Change Villas is a small intimate boutique property providing luxurious accommodation.

Attention has been focused on creating an atmosphere of indulgence and relaxation. Guests have a choice of six luxurious villas, either one of the three beach front villas or one of the three plantation villas, one or two bedroom.

All villas are fully equipped to the expectations of a five star luxury hotel.

Situated on the white coral sandy beach front where the warm tropical waters gently lap around the private decks of the one or two bedroom Beach Front Villas, seducing guests to explore the warm tropical waters to view the myriad of colourful small and delicate sea creatures or paddle the kayaks out to the reef where the Pacific Ocean crashes in to meet the lagoon.

The Plantation Villas, one or two bedroom villas, are set amongst a tranquil oasis of lush tropical gardens of paw paws, hibiscus, banana and coconut palms.

Private fresh water swimming pools provided in each of the six villas are surrounded by large private decks and tropical gardens ensuring guests’ complete privacy while relaxing in peaceful, perfect surroundings.

Your personal driver awaits your arrival at the Rarotonga International Airport to welcome you and present you with a beautiful tropical flower neck ‘ei, a traditional Cook Islands greeting. The luxury car has been reserved just for you alone to transport you to Sea Change Villas.

The three Beach Front Villas have been architecturally designed to provide guests with every conceivable indulgent luxury. The stunning design of each villa offers an uninterrupted view of the tropical lagoon and out further to the Pacific Ocean as it crashes onto the reef, from the privacy of the decks, living area or the luxurious sleeping area.

Equally, the stunningly designed Plantation Villas, colonial in design all have lagoon views from their front decks and also the added bonus of uninterrupted mountain views from the privacy of their fresh water swimming pools and large decks out the back of the villas.

Beautiful furnishings decorate the inside of each of the villas. Snuggle onto the soft lounge chairs to either read one of the many books provided or listen to a CD or watch a DVD on the surround sound home theatre system.

Create a special tropical island treat in the designer kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, convection/microwave oven and two burner gas hobs.

Further indulgence is provided in the luxury of the spacious en suite bathroom with tiled double head shower, toilet and vanity. Bidets are provided in Beach Front Villas.

As the splendor of the Cook Islands sunset fades, retire to your sumptuous four poster king size bed, sensually draped with soft gauze to be lulled to sleep by the soft romantic sounds of the South Pacific night.
