Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
Price + 6.5% tax
Each additional guest: $25 + 6.5% tax
Full payment is required on one and two night stays at the time the reservation is made. A minimum advance deposit of the first two nights paid in full or 50% of the total reservation is required on stays of three (3) nights or more








Cancellation Policy: We appreciate notification as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $25 plus tax. Cancellation penalties are as follows: Stays 1-6 nights: -Cancellations made prior to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are entitled to a full refund less a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
Stays 7 nights or more: -Cancellations made prior to 60 days before the scheduled arrival date are entitled to a full refund less a $25 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date.
