Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notices must be in writing. If a cancellation notice is received 30 days or more before arrival date, 1/2 of the rent deposit will be retained. In the event we are able to re-rent the house, the balance of the deposit will be returned to you, less a $100.00 cancellation fee to cover advertising costs. If the cancellation notice is received 29 days or less before arrival date, the entire amount of monies paid toward rent and tax will be retained. In the event we are able to re-rent the house, all monies will be returned to you, less a $100.00 cancellation fee to cover advertising costs.







Rules: No smoking indoors. No pets. Observe deck hours and be courteous of neighbors. Light clean-up required prior to departure. Details posted in house. Maximum occupancy is 9 people. Owners are not responsible if large vehicles do not fit in garage. Floor to ceiling clearance is 73".
