Set in the heart of South Mission Beach only steps from the beach and bay. Belmont park is only a short walk away for a full day at an amusement park and there are markets, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance. The unit is perfectly oriented to the California sun. Soft sunrises in both bedrooms and a large west facing living room make for a happy setting.
Both bedrooms have king sized beds with memory foam pads and 28 flat screen TVs. The living room has a 48 flat screen with cable, DVR, and DVD. Our bathrooms have been beautifully remodeled with porcelain tile and the master has two sink bowls and large enough area for two to get ready. The balcony is cozy with a large BBQ grill and we have surfboards, beach towels, beach cruisers, and beach toys for the kids.
