We actually have two separate one bedroom apartments on the same property. Each has its own private deck and each has its own fully furnished kitchen. Both units have a Queen size bed AND a Queen sized sofa sleeper. There's also a Queen sized inflatable mattress in one of the units. See photos below of each unit.
