Island Princess is a premier resort right on the Gulf of Mexico with over 500' feet of pristine, sugary white sandy beach, located on Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach. Less than 1 1/4 mile to a first class grocery store and within 2 miles there are more than 20 restaurants. Several tourist attractions are located within 5 miles of the resort. The Gulfarium is only 1 1/2 miles away. No need to drive a long way to a first class restaurant or tourist attractions. The resort is complete with a hot tub, beachside pool and exercise facility. Island Princess is sure to please whether you are wanting to explore the sights and scenes of the Emerald Coast or just want some rest and relaxation. This unit is in the most desired of the resort - in the middle with quick access to the breezeway to the pool, hot tub and beach. You can easily see the dolphins swim in the surf and the sandpipers and seagulls as they scamper on the beach. Enjoy a leisure walk on the beach or relax on the beach while taking in the sun and sea breeze.

* Dining tablel sits 6 & 3 more seats at the breakfast bar with ample room. The unit is accessible by wheelchair, however there is a 2" thresh hold between the sliding door to the balcony, that would be an obstacle. The wheelchair can fit through the doors to the bathrooms & bedroom doors. Beach access for a wheelchair is not feasible for the steps on the resort's beach boardwalk, but is on the beach access park next door. You will need a beach wheelchair which the county will furnish by going to the Island Information Ctr & getting the contact numbers for the person to call. They will arrange the wheelchair be dropped with our beach attendant for you. The beach wheel chairs are a little difficult to manuver & will require a strong person to pull or push them. They are free of charge and not much more than a way to get you to a beach chair or umbrella. Free Beach Service (beach umbrella & 2 beach chairs) setup on the beach for you daily from March 1- Oct 31.
