As you step into Pool Paradise, you can see right away that it is just that...paradise!!! You immediately enter the family room with a hand crafted oak pool table, dart board, gaming table, plush furniture set and television. If you enjoy games, you will also like the ping pong table in the garage. If you continue on through the house you'll enter the second lounge. This part of the home is where you will enjoy those quiet cozy evenings after a long hard day at the parks in front of a 55" LCD TV mounted on conveniently on the wall. There is a large sofa with double recliners to rest your feet while you watch the large 55" TV. Also you will enjoy the VCR and stereo with CD player. The lounge is the main access to the covered patio and pool area. The fully equipped kitchen is then to your right with an adjoining breakfast nook and a breakfast bar with seating for eight.
The kids bedroom is then to your right with two sets of bunk beds. One is a twin over a twin and the other is a twin over a full. The kids can entertain themselves with their own television, VCR, and a play station with several games included. If you come out of the kid’s bedroom, there is another bedroom with a queen size bed, decorated in bright Floridian colors, with its own private television. The first bathroom is to the right. The master bedroom with a king size bed is at the back of the house, with a television, and private access to the patio and the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has a garden tub, separate shower, and a large vanity area.
