DSNYs Retreat is a 5 bed 5 bath, 2 story, west/south facing pool home stands near the top of the hill between the original Windsor Hills and the new Reserve.This house has been individually decorated, painted, furnished and window dressed to the highest standard.There is 50" cable TV and a DVD player in the lounge + a music center & CD library and many books.The lounge has a ceiling fan.There are comfortable sofas and love seats to lounge in.The dining area boasts a large table and chairs plus a buffet hutch. There is high speed internet access and local/long distance phone service.
The lounge over looks the pool area that is accessed via large sliding patio doors from the nook area. The nook, with it's table & 4 chairs & bakers tray, leads into the full size re modelled kitchen with granite breakfast bar and brand new black appliances including a side by side opening fridge/freezer with filtered water & ice dispenser in the door and a glass topped range.The kitchen and dining area has seperate crockery & cutlery to be found in the buffet hutch there are plenty of large size pots, pans and cookware & a crock pot for larger groups. There is also extra lighting in the kitchen.Everything is supplied for your comfort during your stay.
The garage has been turned into a games room with a large pool table, large air hockey & a dart board. There is a free standing fan + extra lighting too.
