This 3050 sq. ft. completely tiled main house has a lounge, gourmet kitchen, dining for 14, and a third floor Teaki Tower Room for sunset views.
There are three private suites each with king size beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Each bedroom, as well as the lounge, has a TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. Ipod dock and outdoor speakers are also provided. We rent to families and professionals who are minimum 25 years of age who will care for and respect our property by leaving it in the same condition as found upon arrival. We do not rent to college or high school groups. THE BEACH Sterling Stay is located directly down the street from the Crystal Beach access. Walk out the door, turn right, and walk past five houses and in less than one minute you will be standing on the beautiful white sands of the Emerald Coast.
