The villa is situation on three floors on a private gated estate about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The ground floor has a separate, modern fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining area, that leads to a TV lounge. Both these areas overlook the sun terraces and the 4.2M x 13M infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi all with views over Choeng Mon beach and the island of Koh Fan Yai.
The terraces have overhanging roofs that provide some shade during the day and protection during rain, allowing the terraces still to be used. There is a separate door from the terrace to the utility room and washroom with WC, saving pool users accessing the kitchen when wet. The utility room and WC can also be accessed from the kitchen.
Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 are completely self-contained with queen sized beds, wardrobes and a large fully tiled bathroom. Each bathroom has a bath, separate rain shower and twin washbasins. All bedrooms have views over Choeng Mon beach. Bedrooms 1, 3 & 4 have a balcony where one can sit, relax and enjoy the views.
