The house is approximately 62 kvm and the lot 3000 kvm. There are three rooms (two bedrooms) and a kitchen. Good all-year-round standard with a shower, toilet, a balcony and a little guesthouse; a place where you really can relax. A boat is available to you there, so that you can test the fishing grounds of the Båven, which are rich in fish.
