Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 3 business days from the day of booking.
The full payment should be done before giving the keys. You can make the full payment in cash (only in Russian Rubles) when you arrive to the apartment or in a non-cash form before your arrival.
In addition to the rent payment I always take a damage deposit, that is usually equals to 3000 Rubles (~100 USD). For the holidays/parties/celebrations etc damage deposit is doubled.
I accept cash (Roubles), bank transfers to my bank account (Roubles), Paypal (only USD) and credit\debit cards (via Paypal service)
Cancellation Policy: In a case of booking cancellation the booking deposit is non-refundable.
In case of leaving before the booked dates, the cost of 1 night is non-refundable.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
I can meet you at the apartment and give you the keys at the time suitable for you but not earlier than 13-30 o'clock. If you need to come earlier, please let me know in advance.
If you come to the city at night so night settlement is also possible. Check in - after 13-30 o'clock. Check out - before the afternoon (12 o'clock)
Please NO: - smoking inside (but you still can smoke on the balcony)
- noisy parties. Otherwise neighbors can call the police. |
