The large, private rooms from the Guest entrance, have a full service ensuite. Our truly comfy king beds and fine quality mattresses and linen, will ensure a great night's rest and then, in the morning, breakfast of your own choosing will be available upon your request. Barb's Place itself is set in a large rural-type location, where your Hosts have created their own piece of self-contentment! Their very own 'Slice of Heaven'.
Outside the living area, is a large courtyard with tables, chairs and sun shades, for socialising on these gorgeous Summer evenings, which the NZ South Island gets plenty of. On the occasion when the temperature dips a little, a quaint ‘brazier’ is fired up to ward away any nip in the air. The company of the blazing, little, wood fire compliments any evening at Barbs Place, set to enhance even more, your truly Kiwi, outstanding experience!
