Payment Policy: All rates are in New Zealand Dollars.
- Minimum Nights Stay: 3 Nights.
- Payment Policy: To secure a booking, a 10% deposit non-refundable deposit is required, at the time of reservation confirmation. The balance is deducted from credit card, 30 days prior to stay. If staying within 6 weeks of booking, full payment is required at time of booking.
Child Policy: - Children under the age of 2 years old or less are free of charge when using existing bedding.
- Any child requiring extra bedding will be charged for at an extra person rate.
- Baby cots/cribs and high chairs are usually available on request for an extra charge. Costs vary between individual apartment properties, so please inquire.
Cancellation Policy: - Cancellation of confirmed bookings fewer than 14 days of arrival date will incur a charge of one nights accommodation in full.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of the full amount of the confirmed stay.
