Payment Policy: All Rates are in NZ Dollar.
A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Direct internet transfer, bank wire transfer, are accepted forms of payment. Full payment is to be no less than 30 days before your arrival. We do not charge a damage deposit but expect that you respect our environment. Should any damage occur a fee will be charged.
Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation within 90 days of arrival shall incurr a $50 transaction fee. A cancellation between 90 days and 31 days out from your intended arrival shall incurr a one night fee charge. There are no refunds for cancellation of less than 30 days. We advise travel insurance in case of any mishap.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
We have a no smoking policy with in the home. Firewood is provided but overuse will incurr an extra charge. Breakages will be charged for, recyleables must be sorted(bins provided)rubbish waste, compostables, burnables etc must also be sorted. |
