Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
- Easter, Christmas and New Years Holidays rates : $3200.00 a week. There is a 7 night minimum during this time period.
- Payment of 50% down plus $500.00 usd security deposit is required to confirm reservation. Final payment will be due 30 days before arrival and entire payment becomes non-refundable at this time.
- An additional $15 a day will be charged for any guest over 10 the availability of sleeping arrangement can be made at your request.
- Animals are authorized for a charge of $5.00 a day an an increase of security deposit of $100.00.
- Payments may be made by credit card , check, or by bank wire transfer to our US account. We also accept the following credit cards VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX / DISCOVER.
Cancellation Policy: - If canceled prior 60 days before arrival, 50% of the payment will be non-refundable.
- If canceled prior 30 days before arrival, 75% of the payment will be non-refundable.
- If canceled within 30 days before arrival. Full amount becomes non-refundable.
- Security deposit will be returned within 14 days after cancellation.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
- Part or full security deposit may be used towards repairs or replacements needed in case there are damages assessed. |
