Payment Policy: All rates are in USD.
Reservation and Deposit
All reservations inquire a 30% deposit(of final rental fee) to reserve chosen dates.
30 days prior to arrival our guests are required to pay the rest of the amount due.
In case a reservation is made 30 days or less prior to arrival date ,100% of total reservation is to be paid in advance.
All holiday reservations (dec 15-january 10) and Easter week are required to be payed.
In full 30 days prior to arrival date .
Security deposit- All reservations require a REFUNDABLE 300-500 usd security deposit to secure the well being of our properties.
some properties have additional fees ,please consult one of our representatives.
This fee can be paid upon arrival. During the check-in to one of our units.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival date are refunded 50% of their initial reservation payment.
Reservations cancelled 30 days or less are non-refundable.
All holiday reservations are non-refundable.
