One bedroom, living area, kitchen, bath and bedroom with queen bed(Sleeps two adults). Television with DVD player and DVD’s, CD player, Internet Access, complete kitchen, pool shared with owner, rooftop patio in addition to others, and maid service once a week.

• 50% none refundable deposit to reserve the rental for the period you requested.
• No cheques, credit cards, travelers cheques are accepted unless otherwise negotiated.
Cancellation Policy: • If you have to cancel the reservation and give more than 30 days notice, we will attempt to rent the apartment again, and if another rental is booked, we will refund your deposit to you.
• If the cancellation request occurs with less than 30 days notice, we will not refund the deposit.
