Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.
Initial deposit of 50% due to confirm a reservation. This amount is fully refundable until 90 days prior to stay. After 90 days it is 50% refundable until 30 days when it is no longer refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit equal to one night's rate must be made along with final payment. Security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of stay if no damage is noted.
Tax is included in rental rate.

Cancellation Policy: Please call the Owner for Cancellation. If a change of date or cancellation is needed you may use the paid deposits on a future stay when there is open availability.
