Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than _120 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $200 or 25% of the total rent(whichever is greater). For cancellation less than 120 days prior to arrival and more than 90 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $400 or 50% of the total rent due (whichever is greater). For cancellation less than 90 days prior to the first day of rent there is no refund. Travel insurance is advised.







Rules: Note: 1. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 2. A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee. 3. Ants are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean and free of crumbs. Dispose of all trash appropriately. 4. Absolutely no smoking! 5. Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance. 6. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after 10 pm. You may be evicted and lose your deposit if police are called and come by to investigate a disturbance. 7. Upon your departure: a. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. b. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. c. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning should be set to 78 degrees. d. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. e. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. f. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. g. Replace key in lockbox.
