This House is on a 65 acre Farm and has everything except you & your luggage. 2 Living Areas, up & down. Full Kitchen, 2.5 Baths (Hot Water,) 3 Full Bdrms w/the ability to use either Living Area as a 4th Bdrm. The Views are Spectacular, bring the Binoculars for close ups of Toucan's or Monkey's outside in the Trees or Flying Around. This is the Perfect Base Camp Area, from which to adventure, economical as well as convenient b/c the Bus Stops in front of the House for those who want to venture in different directions. Sometimes there is a 4X4 for Rent in addition to the House.
The House has a complete kitchen for those who prefer to eat in, TV's on SKY Satellite, DVD Player, Fire Place, Swing Set, Outside Tables, dial up internet-it is slow but works fine for email (Bring your Lap Top.) The Farm is now a Working Farm w/Organic Vegetable Gardens, Fruit Trees & Dairy Cattle. We offer for an extra fee: Laundry Service, Private Chef, Massage, Horseback Riding, Monkey Walks, & Guides if you wish. 1/4 mile down the road is a Wind Surf Center, Pool/Hot Tub, Skate Park, Tennis Courts, Bar/Restaurant. So, if you run too hard the Beach, Fortuna, White Water Rafting, Mountain Biking, Zip Lines or Wind Surfing you will always have things to do back in the immediate area to recover There are 4 Beautiful Waterfalls 30 mins away.

We take US $'s or Costa Rican Colones. The rates stated are stated in US $'s, because of currency fluctuations. We do not take Traveler's Checks, or Credit Cards.
Payment for your entire stay is due in cash upon arrival, after your approval of the house.
Cancellation Policy: During peek travel times it is suggested to Reserve the house, which can be done w/a Credit Card over the Phone. I don't charge the Deposit to the Card unless you don't call or just don't show up. I understand that plans change so, calling ASAP to cancel must be a Priority when you have a reservation.
Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
When you are out: A/C, standing fans, TV's, Radio, & Lights should be turned Off. (The ceiling fans keep the air circulating & it takes no time to cool the place down.)
Owner Closet is in the Master Bdrm, it is where we keep our personal items, please be respectful.
We rent this house for this price, so that Friends & Families can have an affordable vacation...We Prefer to rent by the week as it is more economical for us & for you that way. We realize that some people want to see many areas while they are here but our costs remain fixed, so we do offer nightly rates. We don't have many Rules, just be kind to Utopia as she is kind to many. Thank You |
