This beach home has been in our family since 1972. It has its own beach on Osoyoos Lake, Canada's warmest and cleanest fresh water lake. It is quite mild hear year round. Last winter there was almost no snow at all. Summers are usually very warm, in the 80's- high 90's F. There is a large rear yard, streetside with a 100 ft driveway and mature cedar/blue spruce trees. Lakeside has a large lawn and access to the water from the seawall at the edge of the lawn.
The house sleeps 17, but only if you need that much room. It is airconditioned and heated with a high efficiency natural gas furnace. There is a natural gas fireplace in the living room for your comfort in the fall and winter months. Summers are so warm you won't be using it. Completely furnished. The kitchen is large and ideal for preparing your own food. Dishwasher, refrigerator, water dispenser, electric range and the dishes and glasseware you require for a comfortable stay. A laundry room downstairs has a front load washer and dryer.
