Payment Policy: Payment and Cancellation Policies 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Rules: Policies No smoking is allowed. Guests may arrive on any day of the week. Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. Children are allowed. No housekeeping is provided during a stay. |
