Nestled on the Pefferlaw River, with just a 2-minute Boat Ride to Lake Simcoe. Watch Magnificent Boats as they Pass by your Backyard on their Way to the Lake! The Riverside Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom, air conditioned home located on a dead-end street, decorated in a Cape Cod/nautical theme.
There are two boat slips onsite and a free boat launch at the end of the road. Swimming is just a 2-minute walk to our resort's Private Beach and Park, at no cost to our cottage guests. Children's playground is only a 5-minute walk.
Great fishing for Perch, Bass, Trout and Whitefish in Lake Simcoe. Free boat launch at end of street. Lots of space for boat/snowmobile trailers onsite. Excellent ice fishing; hut rentals, fishing licenses and minnows just down the street.
