Heaven Sent Cottage adds to this a five-bedroom bungalow-style cottage on a large lot, wide deck facing the lake, huge screened Muskoka Room, boathouse with covered boat slip, shallow or deep water entry, hot tub on the deck, and close proximity to Bracebridge. One week’s stay won’t be enough time to enjoy all that this cottage has to offer!
The living area of the great room extends across the front of the cottage and has large windows that overlook the deck and face the lake. There is plentiful seating and a lovely stone fireplace for ambience. A reading nook in the corner of the living space holds comfortable chairs along with a television and DVD player. A hall off the living area leads to four bedrooms. The master has a queen-sized bed and features an ensuite with shower. There is a door from the bedroom that leads out to the cottage deck for midnight stargazing.
The cottage is accessed through a good-sized mudroom that opens into the kitchen area of the great room with its vaulted ceiling. Recently renovated, the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything from a Cuisinart and slow cooker to fondue pot and cook books will assist the cooks. An island will ease food preparation, and there are three stools for casual snacking. The nearby dining table seats ten comfortably and has a great lake view.
