Cancellation Policy: - Deposits are refundable, less an administration fee of 50% of the deposit if notice is received 21 days before arrival. - Notices of cancellation received less than 21 days before arrival are non refundable, non transferable. - Full deposits can be held if written notice is received within 15 days toward another reservation within 3 months from the original arrival date. - No shows: loose entire deposit.
