A reservation deposit of 25% confirms your reservation dates discussed during our initial conversation. The dates discussed are reserved for a period of three days, enough time to receive the deposit. After this period, the dates are given in cash. This reservation deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation by you.
Upon arrival, full payment is due. A security deposit of $ 100 Cdn. is also required. In the event that elements of the housing are broken, uneven or stolen, the tenant is responsible for all charges incurred. This security deposit does not limit your liability. This security deposit is refundable recess, after inspection, before your departure.
