Payment Policy: All Rates are in Canadian Dollars. All Major Credit Cards are accepted. A Booking/Security deposit payable only by credit card is required to guarantee the booking and will only be reimbursed within one week of departure, once the state of the premises is verified, by crediting it back to the credit card used to pay it. The amount of the deposit is a minimum of C$500 and no more than 20% of the value of the stay. No more than C$1000 will be held beyond your arrival; any excess will be deducted from the payment of the stay that must be fully effected upon arrival either by Credit Card, pre-arranged Bank Wire, Cash in any major currency at the prevailing Bloomberg's spot rate, or equivalent.
Cancellation Policy: A Reservation Form/Lease, that both parties agree to abide by, must be signed upon booking before any payments effected. If the guest cancels and doesn't show the deposit will be forfeit. There are no refunds for early departures.
Rules: There is no smoking allowed inside the unit nor in the interior common areas of the building. Smoking is permitted on balconies and terraces and at any exterior common areas of the building. Pets are allowed within the limits of any applicable municipal bylaws restrictions or any other applicable laws. |
