Rainbow house is situated 150 meters from one of many beaches in a quiet area on a dead end street in authentic Brazilian village.Yet only half an hour away from Ponta Negra and several shopping malls and numerous restaurants. The beach house benefits from his own sloping pool (120 - 180m) (9x4m) Lovely ocean views from 2 bedrooms. Leading from the living-room is a big U shaped veranda around the house with 2 sets of tables and chairs for 10 people for all fresco dining.
With one double room en suite and 3 twin bedrooms all with own bathrooms (one room in separate apt in the back garden) makes the house ideal for more families and groups of friends.The house can accommodate up to 8 people. Veranda with Brazilian BBQ, plenty of space for a table and chairs for al fresco dining, work surface and sink, also accessible via stairs next to the double garage. The pool and the garden are maintained daily by our neighbor who lives at the back of the property.
Natal can glory in a long and rich history that dates back to the Dutch and the Portuguese domination. From that time is the impressive Fort Reis Magos, beautiful historic churches and quite an amount of colonial properties, be it restored or not. Also interesting is the former prison that now serves as a tourist centre and a handicraft market. On Thursday there is a steaming dance event with a live performance of the “forro” the samba variant of Natal.

Payment Policy: Payment in Dollars through a bank transfer. 50% on reservation, 50% 1 week before arrival. Deposit of 500 dollars (or 1000 reais) to agent on arrival Cleaning costs $ 70
Cancellation Policy: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.
For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival and more than 7 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 50% of the rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
Rules: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.
Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
Please lock all windows and doors.
Leave keys with agent on departure inspection.
Deposit will be refunded minus costs of damages. |
