Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and processing must be made a minimum of 14 days prior your arrival.
If you cancel inside 14 days from arrival,you will lose your deposit.
Rules: A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee.
Smoking is not permitted in the condo. Smoking is permitted on the Balcony.
Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance.
The locked hallway closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful.
On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down.
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can.
Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors. Leave keys on kitchen table. |
