Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars.
A deposit of 50% is due day of booking. Balance is due 14 days prior to date of reservation. Reservations will be canceled if final payment not received by due date (see cancellation policy).
We make it as easy as possible to book your vacation with these convenient payment options: Credit/Debit Cards – We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Paypal - Paypal is an acceptable form of payment. Money Order/Cashiers Check – Reservations are not booked until payment is received. Personal Check - Personal Check accepted if received 60 days prior to reservation date.
Until reservations are confirmed and deposit made, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 25% of deposit. For cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit. For cancellations 15 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 75% of deposit. For cancellations 14 or less days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of payment.







Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice. Any damage to resort property or possessions is your responsibility. You will be charged for missing items including linens, dishes, accessories, etc. You will be charged for any excessive cleaning that may be needed. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules.
There are no pets allowed on resort property and no Smoking allowed indoors at the resort.
