Payment Policy: All rates are in Australian Dollars.
3 night min. stay available. Weekly bookings only in the Summer School Holidays and Easter. Booking fee of $25 applies to all bookings.
Payment: Can be made by credit card, or internet/bank transfer. Occupation is only available if the total tariff and security deposit is paid in full and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $1000 (minimum) is required before arrival with your credit card until the holiday rental period is completed. The security deposit is refunded to you within 7 working days following an inspection, provided the property is left in the same condition as at the start of the holiday rental and there have been no incidents involving security call outs.
Cancellation Policy: A cancellation administration fee of $250 will apply in all circumstances. Bookings are not transferable and not refundable within the 60 days prior to arrival but we will do our best to re-book the property. However, if the period booked by you is fully re-booked and for the same rate, only the cancellation fee will be charged and the balance refunded.
