This family vacation home is located in the gated community of Cedar Valley Springs near the capital city of St. John’s which is just two miles away. The area is very quiet, well lit, and secure. There is a security officer that circles the entire area frequently in the nights.
It is a 3 BR house rentals with two bathrooms built from masonry. The master bedroom is very comfortable and has its own bathroom and amenities along with an air conditioner for further comfort. The other two bedrooms share the other bathroom.
There are two patios, one at the back and a smaller one at the front. An open garage adorns the Western side of the house that adds a little flavor to the vacation experience. The vacation rental is fully furnished and it is self catering with all modern amenities including broad band internet, cable television, hot and cold running water and lots more.
