Finally, for those who need an adrenalin shot, there are many major attractions and places of interest including Disney, Busch Gardens and the Everglades, all within a couple of hours drive.The villa comprises a ""Great Room"" (large lounge) with cathedral ceiling, ""den/family room"" which converts into a fourth double bedroom if required, three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one twin), two bathrooms (master with a jacuzzi/spa bath and a large separate walk-in shower), fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and separate family dining area.

The entire rear of the villa is glazed, fitted with four sets of patio doors leading out to the lanai and caged pool deck, which is accessible directly from the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, dining area and the ""Great Room"".

The double garage with remote-controlled opener provides a shady place to leave your car when ""at home"" and also includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

The pool faces South-East and enjoys the sun from sunrise until late afternoon or early evening.

The larger-than-average pool deck is 50 by 20 to provide plenty of space for lazing in the sun or shade on one of the sun beds provided.
