Rotnda is a peaceful haven, a world away from the hustle and bustle of the East Coast theme parks. Unwind and relax as part of a two centre holiday or for a very relaxing break, then Rotonda could be the place for you. The nearby town of Port Charlotte was voted Best Small Place in America. If tranquillity is what you are looking for or total relaxation there are acres of unspoilt country side, beautiful beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see such as Englewood where you can watch the sunsets and at certain times of the year Turtles come to lay there eggs, inland waterways, cycle paths and nature reserves. Once you are ready to explore there are an abundance of attractions within reasonable driving distance from your holiday home. Golf, tennis, and fishing both off the rivers and out at sea, pleasure cruises and boat and kayak hire. Not forgetting younger children crazy golf, a small funfair, your own private pool may all help to make the holiday enjoyable for all the family. After a full day of activities or indeed shopping at the many malls and shopping outlets choose from a good selection of restaurants, some specialising in the local catches of the day, to end your day.The villa comprises 4/5 bedrooms. The two Master en-suite bedrooms have large wardrooms, a spa bath, twin wash basins and separate shower. Both have direct access to the Lanai and pool for those early morning dips. Two further bedrooms have twin beds and share the third family bathroom. A den, containing a double sofa bed can be used as the fifth bedroom with use of the poolside shower room and toilet. This room can also be used a second lounge where you can watch cable TV or a video hired from the local video shop.

All bed linen is provided as are pool towels and house towels. All beds will be ready for you on arrival.

For those of you who would like to cook or prepare a quick lunch, the kitchen is very well equipped. We have a BBQ for outdoor cooking, a cooker and microwave, fridge /freezer with ice maker and a dishwasher. There are two dining areas either side of the kitchen. The dinette has a sliding door to the pool area or a formal dining are for when you want to entertain in style. Poolside plates and cups are provided to avoid breakages around the pool area for your own safety. A laundry room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living area is open plan with cool tiled floors again with access to the pool via sliding doors. There is a CD player, video player in the den and TVs in the den and Master Bedrooms. Outgoing calls can be made from the phone using locally purchased phone cards. Local calls are free in America.

Outdoors the spacious Lanai has a table, chairs and four sunbeds. The pool is solar heated and the hot tub can be heated at an extra charge. With child safety in mind there is a semi permanent safety fence around the pool. The whole area is protected by a mesh enclosure.
We would like you to feel like you are in a home from home. The villa is furnished to a high standard with a high level of equipment. The local management company will visit you usually a day after your arrival to explain how things work etc and is always on hand to offer you assistance should you need it. Local doctors, within a 5 minute drive will see walk in patients should you need one. Every effort has been made to make your stay a memorable and most importantly an enjoyable one.
