The Getaway is not just a vacation home… it is THE VACATION HOME!!! Come and stay in our gorgeous 2,622 square foot home and enjoy all of the comforts of an executive home. This home has it all!! From the moment you enter, you will feel right at home and be able to relax in the many rooms it offers. Foyer, Living Rooms, and Dining Room
Upon entering our villa the foyer will lead you to the formal living and dining room. There are double sliding doors that open to the large covered patio/lanai from the formal living room. A second family room off the kitchen boasts a big screen TV, cable, video, games console and a CD/DVD player. There is also a piano for those interested in tickling the ivories. Sliding double doors lead out to the pool area from the family room as well. All of the rooms have been designed and furnished by an interior designer to a very high standard with 3 and 2 seater sofas, armchairs and occasional furniture. Coordinating soft furnishings complete these comfortable, spacious rooms. The formal dining room seats eight and has also been tastefully furnished.
Kitchen
Enjoy our gourmet kitchen. Here you will find all the amenities required to enjoy family time and a nice home cooked meal if desired. Our kitchen comes equipped with all appliances, utensils, cooking rack, island and breakfast bar. (It even has a popcorn machine, blender and of course, a coffee maker) The kitchen adjoins the eating area and family room in a great room style, with easy access to pool / lanai area in the back of the home.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
You will arrive to 5 very nice size bedrooms that include a US king master bed/bath on the main floor. The second floor has a second US queen master bed/bath and three additional bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Full, and the other with 2 twins) . Another full bathroom is located on the 2nd floor with an additional ½ bath located on the main floor. Each bedroom features a TV/DVD player.
Games Room
The game room has a professional pool table, foosball, air hockey, and chess table! Other board games are on the shelves and a toy box for the small children. The floor is padded / carpeted for extra comfort and safety. Everything that you need to create some great family time!
Pool and Spa
Our villa has a large oversize pool and spa with extended deck and lanai. The pool is completely screened in for your comfort. On the pool deck you will find ample pool and lounging furniture along with the stainless steel BBQ grill. Our pool and spa face south for full sun exposure all day and sit on one of the highest elevations in the surrounding area to provide a beautiful view not overlooked by any neighboring villas. Our villa is located just north of I4 and Rt. 27. This is one of the best locations you will find in the Orlando area. We are approximately 10 -15 minutes to Disney and many of the other theme parks are within 30 minutes. We are 1 hour to either coast. We are close to everything but far enough from Orlando to avoid the congestion of the big city. We are 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and one hour from Sanford International Airport.
Tuscan Ridge is a quiet and beautiful community bordered by orange groves, with communal tennis courts, childrens play area, and club house. There is plenty to do and see in and around what is undoubtedly the entertainment capital of the world ""Orlando"". In addition to Walt Disney World with all its theme parks there is Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, a choice of water parks and much more. There is Golfing, Mini Golf, Horseback Riding, Tennis, Shooting, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Live Theatre, Cinemas, Sightseeing, Boating (including air boats), Balloon Rides and Helicopter Rides. Within easy reach there is Busch Gardens, Cypress Gardens. We are one hour from the Gulf Coast and Atlantic Coast beaches and Kennedy Space Center. Close by on US27 there are a multitude of restaurants and shops and you are only a short drive from the well known ""192"", which is a lively entertainment area with a multitude of restaurants and shopping opportunities. Shopaholics will be in seventh heaven as there are many discount designer shops and factory outlets signposted along the highway. The New Posner Park shopping center (600,000 sq ft. retail shopping center) is within minutes. It is a perfect place to be if you want a combination of relaxation and activities!
