"Our luxury, privately owned Villa is located on a prestige development set in the attractive rolling countryside of Lake County, and is west of Orlando on US 27 about 1.5 miles North of its junction with US 192. It takes approximately 50 minutes to drive from Orlando International Airport and 60 minutes from Sanford Airport. It is 6 miles from the boundary of the Disney Theme Parks and just a 15 minute drive from the Disney main gate.
Our executive villa is a spacious, family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large private screened pool overlooking a conservation area and woodland.* 1 En-suite Queen Bedroom with TV/DVD

All rooms in the Villa are carefully furnished to our own high standards with all bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and utensils provided.
The garage will take two cars and there is space on the drive for another two vehicles. Please take care with people carriers or SUV type vehicles to ensure they clear the garage door.
The family room has a 27"" tv with DVD player and plenty of space in which to leave the kids to play. There is also a separate Lounge area adjacent to the Dining Room where a formal dining table is provided.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a full range of appliances. There is a large fridge/freezer, a family sized dish-washer and waste disposal unit, and the electric cooker and hob has a built in microwave. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are all provided and there is filtered drinking water.
There is 1 Queen Master Bedroom suite with TV/DVD, wardrobe, with bath, WC, twin sinks and a walk in shower cubicle. A second King Master bedroom also has wardrobe, bath, WC, sink and walk in shower cubicle. 2 further twin bedrooms each with TVs share their own family bathroom.
The separate laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, together with an iron and ironing board. Under the screened pool enclosure you can relax on the pool deck. Chairs and table are provided. The 26 x 13 pool is from 3 feet to 6 feet deep, and has steps, a seat shelf and underwater lighting.
All bedding and towels are provided as part of the package, our local agent will ensure the beds are made up and the villa cleaned for you before you arrivePart of the excitment of a new holiday destination is discovering all those wonderful little restaurants, shops and places of interest. However, to get you started, here are a few weve found:

Nearest supermarkets - Walmart and Winn Dixie only one mile away.
Local store/pharmacy - within walking distance and open 0800 to 2200 daily.
Clubhouse - The development has its own clubhouse available to residents on site. Recreation of all types is available including volleyball and tennis. The clubhouse itself has a games room, work out room, meeting facilities, media room with internet access and movies. There is also a large resort-style swimming pool with waterfall.
Restaurants - as you would imagine, Orlando caters for all tastes, from fast food outlet to seafood and steakhouses, to AAA Four Diamond restaurants offering fine dining with international cuisine.
If you feel like dining out for breakfast, the local Ponderosa Steakhouse invies you to Start you Day with their Gigantic Breakfast Buffet - all you care to eat for less tha 45. Black Angus and Outback Steak Houses offer traditional steak dinners; Jikos at Animal Kingdom Lodge - great ethnic food with ambience; Carrabas on the 192 - fabulous Italian- fabulous Italian food.
RuthChris - brilliant mouthwatering steaks; the Melting Pot - something completey different with fantastic fondues; and Timpanos - Sinatra / piano theme bar and restaurant - all located at Dr Phillips Blvd, close to Universal, off the I4.

Shopping:
For the shopaholic, outlet malls can be found all over Orlando, from the newest, and nearest, Premium Outlets just 20 minutes away, to the Ellenton Factory Outlets which are about one hours drive away on the I-75. The Florida Mall and the Millenia Mall are both around a 25 minutes drive, and the BELZ outlet shops about 20 minutes away at the north end of Interntional Drive.
