This lovely villa is a truly versatile vacation home with golf literally on your doorstep for those who want a golfing break and it is also the ideal place for the family to relax after a busy day at the parks. With a pool overlooking the golf course at the award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course, this two story three bedroom/2.5 bathroom villa is the ideal size for your vacation in an area that has many amenities. Downstairs you have a fully fitted kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and a breakfast seating area. In the living area there is a dining table with seating for 6, two comfortable sofas to relax on and enjoy an evenings viewing on the cable TV. There is a downstairs cloakroom, washer and dryer and a garage. All crockery, cookware and linens are provided. The master bedroom with en-suite facilities + Cable TV is on the upper floor, together with two twin rooms with a further bathroom. There is a FREE internet dial up service.
There is wheelchair access to the lower ground floor area, but no full bath on this level. Active elderly people who can cope with stairs would be comfortable in this villa. We offer a 24 hour Guest Services in case of emergency, and a full complimentary concierge service is available for those who are unfamiliar with the area and would like some help in getting the most out of their stay with us. Disney Hollywood, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney are all placed 15 mins away and Universal, Islands of Adventure, City Walk, SeaWorld, Aquatica are just a 10-20 minutes further on the I4. It is also just a short drive to the dinner shows at Arabian Nights, Medieval Times, Sleuths, Al Capones, Pirates Adventure and many more. Bush Gardens, and the beaches along the west and east coast are within an easy hours drive. Kennedy Space Center is also only one hour away, and with careful planning on your vacation dates you may even see a rocket or shuttle launch. We also have so much to offer in terms of scenery and wildlife. Why not make the time for an Airboat trip to see the alligators, swim with dolphins, or go deep sea fishing on the Gulf of Mexico?
