Our villa is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area on the prestigious Silver Creek estate just off Highway 27. There are many supermarkets, shops and restaurants close by, including a Walmart and a Winndixie both within a mile of Silver Creek. Close by is the 192 with a vast array of quality restaurants. Within the space of a few miles you can access several golf courses.
The villa itself is three years old and furnished to a very high standard.It is fully alarmed.The villa has 5 bedrooms( two master en-suite) and 3 bathrooms. The third bedroom has a double bed, the fourth is a twin room and the fifth is decorated in a Disney theme and has two sets of bunk beds.
There is also a large living room/dining room with large tv, DVD with films music centre and telephone
Wireless broadband is available throughout the villa.
Just off the dining room is the fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer with ice-maker. It also has: oven/hob; microwave; dishwasher; waste disposal and an informal dining area.
The games room has a full size pool table.
There is also a large washing machine and separate dryer.
All linen and towels are provided.
There is a high chair and child`s cotThe pool area is fully screened and furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs. The large heated pool ( 30x 15 ft) and spa are not overlooked at the rear. They can be lit at night, creating the perfect atmosphere. The pool area faces east and gets the sun from first thing in the morning up to early evening.
