Orlando Sky Villa is a new 5 bedroom, 3-bathroom villa built in July 2004 and is located in the quiet community of Silver Creek, Clermont. This new development is ideally located for access to the many theme parks, golf courses and amenities the area has to offer, while still retaining a sense of quite and calm.

Located 12 minutes from Disney, Orlando Sky Villa is your ideal base for a family holiday. The villa is individually styled and furnished to a very high standard and, with the capacity to sleep 12 people it is ideal for one or two families who wish to enjoy the experience of a Florida holiday in style and comfort.

After a fantastic fun filled day at the theme parks or on the golf course, what could be better than a swim in your very own extended pool? Or maybe relax in the spa overlooking the conservation area with a drink, and conclude the evening with a game of pool in the extensive games room.

We also have a local Management Company on hand who look after our villa and our guests. There are folders in the villa with information on theme parks, restauraunts, take aways, ect.

Orlando Sky Villa is situated on the Silver Creek community in Clermont. Quietly located in a new tranquil development off Highway 27, 1 mile from US192. The villa is ideally situated to be a luxury base for your Florida holiday.

Silver Creek is located Southwest of Disney and is only 12 minutes from Disneys entrance. All the other theme parks are within easy reach.

The area is renowned for its numerous quality golf courses, which number over 150 around the Orlando area. The villa is ideally located for access to the courses if you are on a golf holiday.

If you fancy a day at the beach then the beaches of the East Coast such as Cocoa or Daytona are only 1 hours drive away. The West Coast beaches of St Petes or Clearwater are just over an hours drive away.

The villa is ideally situated close to local shops and amenities with a Winn Dixie supermarket and a new Wal-Mart only a few minutes drive away. Next to the Winn Dixie supermarket is a Post Office, Bank, Petrol station and take out food outlets. Within 5 minutes you can be surrounded by the many restaurants situated on US192. The choice of food offered in the area is extensive and to help you make up your mind why not take a look in our guest book. Most people who visit have their favourite restaurants and are happy to share their experiences.

The villa is a 1673 sq. ft. single storey property with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, extended pool with spa and fully equipped games room. It has been furnished to a very high standard and would be ideal for one or two families holidaying together as it features.

Bedroom One
Air conditioned, plus ceiling fan.
Master bedroom, which is over looking the pool. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large shower, walk in wardrobe, king-size bed and cable TV. The walk in wardrobe also contains a travel cot with bedding and a high chair, which are provided free of charge to our guests. Alarm clock and hair dryer provided.

Bedroom Two
Air conditioned, ceiling fan.
Beautiful 2nd Master bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower, large wardrobe, king-size bed and cable TV. Hair dryer and alarm clock.

Bedroom Three
Air conditioned, ceiling fan.
Double bedroom over looking the pool. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, large wardrobe and cable TV.

Bedroom Four
Air conditioned, ceiling fan.
Animal Kingdom. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe and cable TV.

Bedroom Five
Air conditioned, ceiling fan.
Surfers Paradise. A second bedroom with twin beds, this room is themed for children and again has wardrobe storage, cable TV with a Xbox and games to keep everyone entertained.

Bathroom
Air conditioned, ceiling fan.
The main house bathroom is ideally situated with access to the pool. This bathroom also has a bath and shower.

Family Room
Air conditioned, ceiling fan.
The main room has patio doors overlooking the pool, large comfortable furniture including sofa and chairs and a queen size sleeper sofa. For your relaxation there is a large screen cable TV and DVD/CD player. There is also a formal dining area with a large glass dining table and chairs. Vaulted ceiling.

Kitchen Area

The fully fitted open plan kitchen also has a dining area with table and chairs with stools providing further seating behind the breakfast bar. The kitchen comes complete with all the appliances you would expect in a luxury villa such as cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. There is also a full array of crockery, pans, cutlery and everything you could need if you feel the urge to cook.

Games Room
To help keep everybody occupied should the sun get too hot we have installed a games room which features pool table, air hockey table, table soccer and electronic darts with soft tipped darts. Two large fans are provided to help keep you cool while you sit on the stools sipping an ice cold drink watching the children playing pool. There is also a large selection of childrens games.

Also situated in the games room is a large capacity-washing machine along side a large tumble dryer.

Storage cupboards
Various storage cupboards in the villa contain everything you need to make your holiday a little easier. Items such as an iron and ironing board, hairdryers, bath and hand towels and all bed linens are provided. We also supply towels for use around the pool.

Pool and Spa
Outside is a large private screened-in pool area with extended 30ft x 16ft pool and spa, which overlooks a conservation area. The pool area is Southeast facing and the pool and spa can be heated if required. For your childrens safety a safety fence is provided. Quality pool furniture is also provided for use around the pool. A covered lanai area with a fan is ideal for al-fresco dining or offering shade and a place to relax after a fun filled day in the theme parks.

Security
For your peace of mind the villa is fully alarmed and codes will be supplied to enable our guests to use the alarm system.

A gas barbecue is available to hire should one be required.
