The 4 bedroomed 3 bathroomed villa has been built to a high standard, and has been furnished with qualtiy fittings. The villa has an extended pool deck and spa, and has views over the conservation and wooded area, The villa is south west facing and enjoys the sun all day, and you can also enjoy the sunset in the evening. We chose this villa because of the peace and tranquility, we love it and we hope that you will love it too!The villa has two ensuite master bedrooms, and two twin bed rooms. There is a family room which looks out over the pool and conservation area. All room have cable TV. There is also a dvd player, cd player for your enjoyment. the kitchen has all modern appliances for you to use if you wish to cook yourself a meal. The house is ideal for a family or even two families wishing to stay together. The pool has a saftey screen to ensure childrens saftey around the pool area. The Pool has also been screened to stop insects pestering whilst you sunbathe.The villa is ideally situated for visiting all the attractions that Florida has to offer. Not far from I-4, US 27 and US 192 anywhere in Florida is accessible. We are only an hour from the space coast and the beach. Florida mall, Millenia Mall and Outlet shopping centres are all within easy reach. You are within a short distance from restaurants and supermarkets. There is a Publix at Town Center, and a Walmart has just been bullt 10 miles down the US27. We are 10 minutes from Disney and only 20/25 minutes from Universal.
