This is our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2 storey executive villa which we offer for your relaxing holiday. Features of the villa include a screened heated swimming pool with private rear aspect, sunbeds and dining facilities. A master bedroom which hosts a walk in closet and en-suite facilities. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom which both share a second bathroom, a further wc is located downstairs. A large family lounge and dining area (which also includes a queen anne sofa which converts to a double bed for extra guests) which overlooksthe patio and pool area. The kitchen is fully equiped with all appliances and a further dining area. There is a laundry room fully equiped with washer, dryer, iron, etc. A baby crib and high chair are also supplied. Cable TV and telephone are for your use. The villa sleeps 6-8 people, all towels and linen are provided. Pool heat is available should you require at £80.00 per week.The villa is situated on the prestigious Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, located off highway 27, 20 mins from Disney and all attractions.
